Utilization of Fermentation Lemna as a Feed Source on the Growth of Sangkuriang Catfish (Clarias Sp.)

This research aims to determine the nutritional content and best treatment for addition of Lemna sp. fermented growth sangkuriang catfish. The was conducted from February August 2022, in Aquaculture Laboratory Fisheries Marine Science Faculty, Universitas Padjadjaran. method used this is experimental, a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). It consists four treatments repetitions, namely A (control) B (10% lemna + 90% commercial feed), Treatment C (20% 80% D (30% 70% feed). Parameters observed were changes nutrient lemna, daily rate, feed conversion ratio, survival water quality. Data analyzed using ANOVA analysis variance if there significant difference, Duncan test performed with 95% confidence level, while nutrients quality descriptively. results proximate showed that BIOM-S probiotics experienced content, an increase protein 25.24% 33.66% decrease crude fiber 11.93 9.13%. Based on research, feed) rate at 1.92%/day, ratio 1.41, up 97.5%.
